Blogger Localization Hell

In an effort to make bloggers lives easier around the world, Blogger.com senses what country you are blogging from and then presents you with the screen in what it presumes to be your language. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn this back to English instructions. Blech, blech. Random stabs at keyboard.
